Truman Hill Farm beef is 100% grass-fed, 100% natural, and 100% local. Our cattle eat grass. That’s it. No grain, no artificial hormones, and no antibiotics. With room to roam, humane treatment, and rotated fresh pastures, our Angus, Hereford, and Red Devon crosses provide healthful beef with a flavor our customers love. We sell whole, half, and quarter shares of beef that are dry aged, custom processed to your specifications, and vacuum packed. We also offer burger by the pound in any quantity that is sold throughout the year. Our “whole cow” steak burgers are a customer favorite.

We purchase USDA inspected meat which is not locally raised but is preservative free. It is processed into retail beef, pork, and chicken products then vacuum packed. The chicken is all natural. We make sausage using our special blend of spices and sell deli meats and cheeses from Amish Country in Ohio. We are located at the intersection of Wirtz Road (Route 697) and Booker T. Washington Highway (Route 122).

J-S Livestock is a family owned and operated farm. We raise 100% All Natural Grass-fed Beef. Our red angus cross cattle have been selected genetically for many years to grow and finish on grass. We have taken a holistic approach in raising our cattle. We have incorporated rotational grazing and cattle waterers in all of our pastures to insure our cows have fresh grass and water at all times.
